IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ENTERTAINMENT WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT THE DJ?

The best form of contact is by the telephone.  If the DJ isn't there at the time of your call, he will call you back as soon as possible!  Otherwise, you may also use email.

 

 

WHEN DOES THE ENTERTAINER ARRIVE AT THE HALL?

We arrive at least one hour before the beginning of your event.  We set our equipment and meet with the Maitre'D or person in charge to confirm announcement/introductions and serving times for meals, cakes and coffee.

 

CAN I UPGRADE OR CHANGE MY PARTY PACKAGE?

Call into the office to make any upgrades.  As long as the equipment is available, we would be happy to make the arrangements.

 

WHAT IF WE WANTED TO EXTEND THE TIME OF OUR PARTY THAT EVENING?

On most occasions our entertainers would be able to book overtime for your event.  It must first be cleared with the reception hall and prior notice of at least 20 minutes for our entertainers.  It would be $125.00 for an hour or $75.00 for a 1/2 hour.

 

HOW AND WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PAY THE BALANCE OF CONTRACT?

Your balance can be paid before the event or the evening of your event.  It can be paid in Cash, Money Order, or Certified Check only.  Please remember to write the date of event on the check.

 

SHOULD I TIP AND IF SO, HOW MUCH?

Although our contract does not require gratuity, nor do our entertainers expect it, we do regard ourselves as a 'service' business and it is always a kind reward for doing our finest job at your party.  At previous functions our entertainers have received varying amounts.  If you feel your entertainer(s) did everything they could to make your event a good one, figure out what amount works for you. Be assured, whatever it may be is greatly appreciated.
